Terms and Conditions

1.     Introduction
Welcome to E-LUMY, a digital e-learning platform specializing inbeauty and wellness training. By accessing or using
our website www.e-lumy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read themcarefully.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

 

2.     Definitions

  • “Platform”: Refers to the E-LUMY website.
  • “User”: Any person who accesses or uses the Platform, including learners and tutors.
  • “Content”: All educational material, courses, videos, documents, quizzes, and any other information made available on the Platform.
  • “Tutor”: Any third-party or contracted professional who provides content or courses via the Platform.
  • “Student”: Any registered user who purchases or accesses courses on the Platform.

 

3.     User Registration and Account
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account.

E-LUMY reserves the right to suspend or terminate accountsin case of fraudulent or abusive behavior.

 

4.     Use of the Platform
Users agree to use the Platform for lawful and educational purposes only. You must not:

  • Reproduce, resell, or redistribute any content without permission.
  • Circumvent or attempt to breach the Platform’s security features.
  • Use the Platform for any activity that may harm other users or the reputation of E-LUMY.

E-LUMY may suspend access to the Platform for violations ofthese Terms.

 

5.     Intellectual Property
All content, logos, visuals, and course materials on E-LUMY are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. They remain the property of E-LUMY orthe respective content creators (tutors).

Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

 

6.     Payments and Subscriptions

  • Course access may be subject to a one-time fee, subscription, or free access depending on the content.
  • Payment is made via a secure third-party gateway Tap Payments.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
  • Tutors may earn revenue based on agreed commissions or contracts.
  • E-LUMY is not responsible for any transaction errors arising from third-party payment systems.

 

7.     Certification and Evaluation
Upon successful completion of a course, students may receive:

  • A Badge of Completion, issued digitally.
  • A Certificate of Completion, issued digitally.

Certification is subject to completion of all requirements(quizzes, practical work, exams, and internship).

The certificate does not substitute any governmental orregulatory license, unless otherwise stated.

 

8.     Tutor Responsibilities
Tutors must:

  • Submit original, high-quality educational content.
  • Ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Agree to either a revenue-sharing model or a one-time content purchase fee.

E-LUMY reserves the right to review, edit, or remove anycontent that violates its quality or ethical standards.

 

9.     Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal data. All data is collected andprocessed in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and otherapplicable regulations.

10.  Limitation of Liability
E-LUMY shall not be held liable for:

  • Any interruptions in service.
  • Losses or damages resulting from misuse of the Platform.
  • Actions taken by third-party tutors or service providers.

Users access and use the Platform at their own risk.

 

11.  Modification of Terms
E-LUMY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will benotified of significant changes via email or on the Platform. Continued use ofthe Platform implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

12.  Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Anydisputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Agadir,unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
