Payment Terms

1.   Course Purchases and Access

  • Users may purchase courses individually or bundles.
  • All prices are displayed in the currency of the selected region or country, inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Access to paid courses is granted upon successful payment confirmation.

2.   Accepted Payment Methods

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party providers Tap Payments.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

3.   Refund Policy

Allcourse payments on the E-LUMY platform are non-refundable,except in exceptional circumstances.

Refundsmay be considered on acase-by-case basis inthe event of a major issue, such as:

·       Technical errors preventing accessto the course

·       Duplicate payments

·       Other unforeseen and justifiedsituations deemed valid by our support team

Allrefund requests must be submitted in writing to support@e-lumy.com within 7 days ofthe transaction. E-LUMY reserves the right to approve or deny any refundrequest at its sole discretion.

4.   Tutor Compensation

  • Tutors are compensated either via commission-based revenue (70% of each sale) or by a one-time fee for one course, as per contract.
  • Payouts are made monthly, subject to a minimum threshold and after deducting platform service fees, if applicable.
  • Tutors must provide valid bank details and tax identification.

5.    Failed Transactions

  • If a transaction fails, the user will not gain access to the course.
  • Repeated payment failures may result in account suspension.
  • If your card is charged but the course isn’t accessible, please contact support immediately by writing to support@e-lumy.com.
